Mavuno Intelligence is developed through Six Degrees Advisory Services, the outward trading name of Six Degrees Fund Management Limited, based in Nairobi, Kenya. References to "we" and "us" in this notice mean that organisation.

Information you submit through the pilot request form: your name, work email, organisation, role, optional phone number, organisation type, use case, the decision question you describe, and the country, region and operating area you provide.

Information you submit through the contact form: your name, email, optional organisation and subject, and your message.

Your email address if you subscribe to our notes.

Basic technical information generated when you visit the site, such as the pages requested and the approximate time of the request.

To assess and respond to your pilot request or enquiry.

To deliver and support an engagement you have asked us to carry out.

To send our published notes, where you have subscribed.

To keep the site secure and working correctly.

Where an enterprise shares operational or geographic data with us, we use it only for the question and scope agreed in writing for that engagement.

We do not sell enterprise data, and we do not reuse it for other clients or other purposes without separate written consent.

Evidence Packs are shared with the parties named in the engagement agreement.

We rely on your consent for the forms on this site, and on the performance of an agreement for client engagements. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Submissions are stored in a managed database with access restricted to authorised members of the Mavuno team.

We keep enquiry and pilot request records only as long as needed to respond, deliver the engagement and meet our record-keeping obligations.

We use service providers for website hosting, database storage and email delivery. They process data on our instructions only.

We do not sell personal data. We disclose it to others only where you have asked us to, or where the law requires it.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it.

You may unsubscribe from our notes at any time using the link in any email we send.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers. Any analytics we use is limited to understanding which pages are useful, in aggregate.
